Management Board

The Executive Board is the governing body of the Association.

The Executive Board:

Implements the decisions and other acts of the Assembly;
Elects new regular, honorary, and associate members;
Proposes the adoption and amendments of the Statute to the Assembly;
Proposes the official declaration of the Statute to the Assembly;
Proposes the Association’s work program;
May propose candidates for President and Vice Presidents of the Association;
Appoints the editors-in-chief of the editorial boards and publications issued by the Association;
Determines the annual membership fee and the method of payment;
Decides on the awarding of recognitions;
Proposes the financial plan and final account of the Association;
Decides on the design and protection of the Association’s logo;
Decides on communication strategies with the public;
Decides on the introduction of new working methods and formats;
Performs other tasks relevant to achieving the goals and supporting the functioning of the Association’s bodies.
