Marko Savić

Marko Savić is a PhD candidate and teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. His academic work focuses on soft power in contemporary international relations, with an emphasis on foreign policy.

In addition to his academic research, he has extensive experience in the NGO sector, particularly in the areas of election monitoring (both domestic and international), public policy analysis, and media monitoring and reporting. He is an expert in strategic planning and public policy coordination, with experience working with NGOs and public institutions in Montenegro, as well as with international and regional organizations.

He is the author of several academic papers and professional publications in the fields of public policy and strategic planning. He has been awarded scholarships from the Mevlana Exchange Program for visiting researchers, the National Democratic Institute for election monitoring training, as well as scholarships from the Municipality of Nikšić and a national scholarship for academic excellence during his studies.
