
dr. Zlatko Vujović
Dr. Zlatko Vujović is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro, where he teaches courses in electoral and party systems, as well as theories of the public sphere and public opinion. His research focuses on topics such as: the personalization of politics and political parties, electoral process oversight, electoral systems, parties and party systems, decision-making processes in the EU, the Europeanization of national political parties, and various aspects of the functioning of the European Parliament.
He earned his MA at the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica, in the International Relations postgraduate program, and obtained his PhD in Comparative Public Policy at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb.
He has been engaged at the University of Montenegro since 2004, initially as an associate at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica, and since 2006 as a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Science, where he has taught courses including Electoral and Party Systems, Electoral Systems, Party Systems, Electoral Systems in Europe, and Comparative European Party Systems.
He is one of the founders and the president of the NGO/think tank Center for Monitoring (CeMI). He has coordinated citizen election observation for numerous national elections in Montenegro, as well as the monitoring of the 2006 referendum on state-legal status. He has participated in numerous international missions as an observer for ENEMO or OSCE (in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Kosovo, and Albania).
